Green tea extract, rosemary extract and mixed tocopherols have been widely reported for their antioxidative properties in food.
Videka experts in pet food protection demonstrated that these natural antioxidants can efficiently protect sunflower oil and poultry fat used in pet food provided that they are mixed accordingly to the type of fat. Optimal dosage of each compound in the targeted matrix can be determined using surface response methodology.
